CSY - Restorative Yoga
CSY Restorative Yoga relieves stress and tension from the body and offers much-needed rest. The class begins with yogic breathing and guided meditation. A relaxing practice using traditional yoga poses that offers supreme comfort and nourishment. We aim to ensure you will leave feeling renewed and restored.
CSY - Functional Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga meets Functional movements. In this class, we celebrate our uniqueness and invest energy into the body. Our focus is on what you experience when doing the pose, and less on what one looks like in the pose. Are you feeling the stretch where you want it to be? Are you raising your heartbeat? Are you strengthening the muscles? Hatha Yoga Postures are our platform for instruction to support a balanced state throughout.
CSY - Yogalates
CSY – Yogalates is a unique and dynamic fusion of Yoga and Pilates that ignites one’s energy. This session challenges the abdominals by activating the core, sculpt the thighs, buttocks, and stimulate muscle groups simultaneously. Through a series of yoga flows and Pilates movements, one can tone and increase flexibility.
CSY - Vinyasa
CSY Vinyasa Flow is a comfortable paced class that links basic yoga postures and breath with proper alignment. This session is an ideal experience for those who are interested in moving intentionally and with purpose, in a fluid, and graceful flow. Open to all levels, this class is ideal for those who are familiar with basic yoga postures.
CSY - Yin Yoga
CSY – Yin Yoga is designed to help eliminate tension out of the body and mind. Long-held poses completed either in a seated or lying down fashion, comprises the sequence of this class. The long holds are an invitation for one to move deeper and deeper into relaxation. We shift and transition from pose to pose smoothly, mindfully, and purposefully.

This class will renew your energy, stretch your body, and gently tone your muscles. Following a morning meditation,l flow with breath in Sun Salutations to invigorate the body, mind, and spirit. The cooldown focuses on poise, posture, and balance, leading you towards a 10 min restorative pose to close the practice and prepare you for your day.
